Day 327

CARETAKER

You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly.

You crown the year with your bounty,

and your carts overflow with abundance.

Psalm 65:9, 11

FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, I take good care of what is Mine. I help each sparrow find a nest, a home for its young. I provide water for the thirsty, panting deer and food for the beasts of every forest. But I especially love supplying your needs. You are more valuable than all of My creation put together. I am your care-taker, Child. Will you take care of what I have given you, too?

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, You send a harvest of blessing our way to crown the season with Thanksgiving Day. You are caretaker of Your world, and You have provided abundantly everything I need and more for joy and contentment. How can I thank You, Lord? Bless You for Your faithfulness, Lord.

SIMPLE TRUTH

Thanksgiving is "thanksliving."
